Rev. Dr. Gail Randolph-Williams, wife of Rev. Dr. Christopher Williams, is a highly educated and experienced individual with degrees in Psychology, Divinity, and Ministry in Marriage and Family.

Currently employed as a marriage and family therapist at Kairos Counseling Services, she holds certifications in Drug and Alcohol Counseling and Clinical Pastoral Education. Previously, she directed The Priscilla Institute and Eastern’s School of Christian Ministry while also serving as an adjunct professor. With a twenty-year tenure at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, she served as a Chaplain and Co-Chair of the Advisory Board. 

Throughout her career, she actively contributed to Abundant Life Fellowship Church, led City Church of Philadelphia from 2011-2021, and returned to Abundant Life Fellowship Church in 2021, maintaining a pastoral role. Guided by Isaiah 35:3-4, Rev. Dr. Randolph-Williams showcases unwavering dedication to a lifelong mission encompassing ministry, education, and therapeutic care.
